Karla Santana has over four years of experience in immigration law, including assistance in the processing of J-1 visa waivers, visa record data entry, preparing consulate packages, updating records, and working closely with clients to resolve cases. She is also responsible for providing and documenting program support before, during, and after participants’ arrival.
In addition to this experience, she gained considerable knowledge of J-1 visa programs and related regulations, procedures, and processes. She’s also equipped with the creativity to come up with innovative solutions and is prepared to explore new ways to resolve issues.
With fluency in English and Spanish, she accurately records information from clients before drafting and filing applications and petitions.
Karla Santana holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communication Studies from Baruch College in New York City. She also completed a Paralegal Certificate from the Stratford Career Institute in 2005.
